We say here on the website that we make handmade all-natural glycerin soaps. And it's true. Our cold-process soap is indeed made by hand from natural ingredients. And our soap does indeed retain the natural glycerin created during saponification. With mass-produced milled soaps, the typical commercial soap of today, natural glycerin has been remove in order to later add fillers and/or synthetic glycerin.
Why do they do that to milled soap? It has to do with the actual milling process and how, in it's natural state, glycerin sticks to the milling rollers. It's a convenience thing. Yes, commercial soap bars tend to have lots of fluffy lather because they're a pressed block of milled soap flakes. But what's in the flakes?
Ah, that's the rub. What goes in goes on your skin. We use no alcohol, no detergents, no fillers, no harsh additives, and no synthetic preservatives.

With cold-process soaps, on the other hand, what you see and what you get is what came out of the frame. It's simple: combine and mix natural ingredients, pour into a frame, let it set, remove from the frame, cut and trim, stack and turn, and wait for it to cure. Yes, it takes some time, but the result is well worth the wait.
You can feel the difference natural handmade soap makes. You can feel it in the bar and on your skin. And that's what our handmade soap is all about.
If you care about your skin, you'll want to try our pure natural soaps and other fine skin care products.
After all, we use our products too. We make them to be the best for us and for youit's only natural.
